Shipping & Handling
Our Business Days are Tuesday through Saturday and do not include US Holidays. We ship complete orders once a week and as soon as possible after your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number from Stamps.com once your order has been shipped.
All list prices are USD, exclusive of shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are shown and added to the order as the order is entered.
We offer the following USPS shipping methods: Note, delivery times are approximate and dependent on geographic locations. For all international shipments, approximate delivery times are from the US Post Office to the International Post Office, as Customs Requirements and local deliveries vary from country to country. Please Note: USPS First-Class International shipments may take several weeks.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs. Customers may also be responsible for Customs Agent Fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Nevada Sales Tax: Orders shipped within the state of Nevada are subject to Nevada State Sales Tax.
Shipping Addresses: All orders will be shipped to the address entered on the order form. Sometimes orders are received with an invalid, incomplete or undeliverable shipping address, which is not identified until the order is prepared for shipment. In the case of such orders, we will contact the customer to obtain corrected or additional address information prior to shipment. This can result in a delay in processing the order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order please use the following form. We will attempt to make any changes requested before the order is processed; however, depending on when the change or cancellation request is received, we may not be able to intercept or make change to the order before it has been processed. In the case that the change request is received after the order has been processed, the customer is responsible for any additional costs which may be incurred due to changes, including but not limited to return shipping fees.
The Order# is not required to process a Change Order or Cancellation, yet will assist us in expediting the request. The Order# is located at the top left-hand section of the email Order Receipt. Please include it if possible.
